The 3-layer GORE-TEX material is not only windproof and waterproof, but also ensures that any moisture produced inside the jacket can be quickly wicked away to the environment. Plus the two underarm zips can be opened for a more balanced temperature.
The easily width adjustable hood provides extra protection. Plus the sleeve cuffs have hook and loop fasteners for adjustment so the jacket works well with (ski) gloves. The drawstring in the hem and the integrated and removable powder skirt keeps the jacket well sealed at the bottom. This jacket has two pockets for small items and pieces of equipment.
